Privacy Policy
Dinexion is built for self-hosted deployment. This document explains what data may be collected via our website, how beta participation is handled, and which information remains fully under your control.
1. Overview
Dinexion runs entirely on infrastructure you control. API keys, trading history, and strategy data remain local to your server. Our public site only collects minimal information needed for account access and communication.
2. Information We Collect
- Beta program info: email address and optional Telegram handle.
- Website analytics: anonymized traffic data to monitor usage trends (if enabled).
- Support correspondence: messages you send via email or chat for troubleshooting or guidance.
3. Information We Never Collect
- Exchange API keys are never requested via website forms.
- We do not store trading credentials or account login details.
- Dinexion is intentionally designed to use read + trade only, never withdrawal permissions.
4. Data on Self-Hosted Systems
Running Dinexion on a VPS, local server, or dedicated hardware keeps all logs, configurations, order histories, and strategy data entirely on your machine. You are responsible for backups, retention, and access control.
Integrations with external tools such as alerts, webhooks, or messaging platforms are subject to their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
- Beta access records are kept only for the duration of the program or until deletion is requested.
- Support messages may be retained to improve reliability and service quality.
6. Your Rights & Options
- You can request deletion of your beta program data at any time.
- You may opt out of product updates and communications whenever desired.
7. Contact
For any privacy questions or requests, contact us via the same channel used during signup or support.
