How Dinexion handles contact information, newsletter subscriptions, essential cookies, and privacy requests.

What this policy covers
This policy describes the information handled by the Dinexion website at dinexion.org. For a privacy inquiry, use the Contact page and select “Privacy request.” Do not include sensitive identity or financial documents in an initial request.
Information you choose to provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry topic, message, and privacy acknowledgment so that your inquiry can be processed and answered. Contact content is sent through the configured email service; it is not stored in a website message database. Your message and address may remain in the receiving mailbox for handling and follow-up.
Newsletter information
A newsletter request records your email address, request time, confirmation status, and consent version. A confirmation link verifies your request before the subscription becomes active. Unconfirmed records expire after 48 hours and are removed when the form service next accesses its database. Confirmed records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. The unsubscribe link removes the subscription record. Previously delivered email cannot be recalled.
Essential cookies and security records
The site uses a session cookie for form security, validation feedback, and submission confirmation. It is not used for advertising. For abuse prevention, the form service stores a keyed hash derived from the connection IP address, a request count, and an expiry time; newsletter limits also use a keyed hash of the email address. Rate-limit records expire after one hour and are cleared on subsequent service use. Raw IP addresses are not written to this application database. Your hosting provider may separately keep access and error logs under its own retention settings.
Purpose and service providers
Information is processed to respond to inquiries, send consented newsletter updates, understand website usage, and protect the service against abuse. Hosting, email, and analytics providers may process information as part of delivering those services. Dinexion does not sell contact or subscriber records. Fonts and site images are served from this website.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand visits and page usage. The analytics tag loads when you visit eligible pages and may use first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Google receives technical and usage information such as page views, browser and device information, and network information needed to process requests. Our initial page-view configuration removes URL query strings and fragments from page addresses and referrers. Subscription management pages are excluded, and our integration does not deliberately send contact messages, names, or email addresses as event parameters. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the website configuration. Analytics data retention and access are controlled through the Google Analytics property settings. You can restrict cookies and tracking through your browser settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Storage and retention
Subscriber and abuse-prevention records are stored in a private server database outside the public website directory. Contact form feedback may briefly be stored in your server-side session. Mailbox, session, infrastructure log, and backup retention depend on the hosting and mail services in use. Information should not be kept longer than needed for its purpose, applicable requirements, or security investigations.
Your choices and requests
You can decline newsletter emails, unsubscribe using your confirmation email or a newsletter link, and contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion. Available rights depend on applicable law. Verification may be needed before a request is fulfilled. Withdrawing newsletter consent does not affect prior processing. If a subscription link is lost, send a privacy request from the subscribed address.
External sites, children, and changes
External links lead to sites governed by their own privacy practices. Dinexion is intended for a general adult audience and does not knowingly seek personal information from children. Contact us if information has been submitted in error. Material changes to this policy will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
